Kate Bailey has worked across the globe, honing her craft in all aspects of hair—from color and styling to editorial and on-set work in film and television. Her career has taken her overseas for advanced education and creative growth, ultimately bringing her back to her New Jersey roots with a refined and worldly approach to beauty.

Suzanne Cinaglia is a seasoned color expert and educator, with a professional background rooted in technical excellence. Certified through Redken in hair color, Suzanne has spent years educating fellow stylists in both cutting and coloring, always staying at the forefront of modern technique and innovation.
